Waterproof Fireproof Metal Decorative Insulation Panel

The waterproof fireproof metal decorative insulation panel uses ultra-high-quality galvanized steel or aluminum alloy sheets, with a fluorocarbon PVDF coating. This layer not only serves as a color-developing coating for printing but also acts as the first and most effective waterproof barrier on the outside of the board.

Unlike traditional combustible organic insulation materials, polyurethane is a polymer containing urethane groups (-NHCOO) in its main molecular chain. This fifth largest plastic possesses B1-level insulation and fire-resistant properties and is commonly used in high-rise and single-story buildings. As a core material, it is the fundamental guarantee for achieving fire resistance.

The  panel has aluminum foil or reinforced cement-based fiberglass cloth laminated to the back of the core material. This inner layer, used together, provides a double barrier against moisture penetration from the wall, especially effective in winter and summer, thus ensuring long-term stable insulation performance.

As an exterior wall insulation board manufacturer, we recommend using dedicated metal keel and mechanical anchoring components, employing a combined adhesive and anchoring process. The key is the factory-prefabricated adhesive layer on the back of the panels, providing uniform adhesion. Therefore, after installation, it can withstand positive and negative wind pressure, ensuring structural safety under various climate conditions.
