Exterior Decorative Insulated Metal Wall Panel
Traditional exterior wall construction is notoriously complex, requiring leveling layers, insulation layers, crack-resistant mortar, and often involving three or four trades working simultaneously. Exterior decorative insulated metal wall panel perfectly solve these problems, providing decoration and insulation in one step.

Multi-functional Panels
Traditional exterior wall construction is notoriously complex, requiring leveling layers, insulation layers, crack-resistant mortar, and often involving three or four trades working simultaneously. Exterior decorative insulated metal wall panel perfectly solve these problems, providing decoration and insulation in one step.
01
Highly Efficient Insulation to Prevent Heat Exchange
Using panels in small residences is more scientific. Compared to traditional painted wall panels, metal panels transfer heat much more slowly. The insulation layer can delay heat conduction by at least 6-8 hours, resulting in less heat loss in cold winters. In summer, the coating reflects UV radiation, preventing excessive heat loss.
02
Modern and Diverse Aesthetic Expression
The panels offer the warm texture of natural materials while maintaining a durable wood grain pattern, avoiding the heaviness of real wood and stone. Modern designs feature clean lines and excellent daytime light and shadow effects, catering to various architectural styles. You can also customize the interior partitioning effects yourself.
03
Environmentally friendly while ensuring fire resistance
In the event of a fire in a small residence, the burning speed of the exterior walls will significantly impact escape space. Our panels are primarily made of PU, combined with panels on both sides, achieving an overall fire resistance rating of B1. Even when exposed to open flames, they will not produce molten drips or toxic fumes, buying time and space for escape.

Common Mistakes and Avoidance Methods in Installing Exterior decorative insulated metal wall panel
The effectiveness of insulated metal wall panels depends on the materials used, but proper installation methods are also crucial. Otherwise, even the best materials will deteriorate over time. In particular, incorrect installation methods can lead to performance degradation.
Common Mistake one: Ignoring the Thermal Bridge Effect of Through-bolts
If you use long bolts to directly penetrate the inner and outer panels to fix the purlins for convenience, the metal bolts become perfect thermal bridges, causing condensation, mold, and even dripping water on the corresponding indoor side in winter.
Avoidance Method: Built-in concealed fixing or nylon thermal insulation gaskets must be used. If penetration is unavoidable, a heat-insulating sleeve must be installed outside the screw, and the penetration point must be sealed with sealant.
Common Mistake Two: Panel Overlap Direction Opposite to the Prevailing Wind Direction
This mistake stems from arbitrarily determining the wall panel overlap direction without observing the prevailing wind direction during the local rainy season. The consequence is that during storms, rainwater is forced into the overlap gaps by strong winds, causing internal leaks.
Prevention: The overlap direction must be opposite to the prevailing wind direction. Local meteorological data should be consulted before construction and clearly marked in the technical briefing. Additionally, the sealant strip at the overlap must be continuous and without breaks.
Common Mistake Three: Incorrect Self-Tapping Screw Torque
If a regular electric drill is used without torque adjustment, the screws will be overtightened or slipped. Overtightening will damage the panel coating and cause stress depressions.
Prevention: Use an adjustable torque electric drill and conduct a test run. The screws tightened the gasket, but the rubber sealing ring underneath bulged slightly, ensuring a tight seal without damaging the gasket.
Common Mistake Four: Missing Flashing This occurs when the window opening is sealed directly with glue without a dedicated flashing. The consequence is that as the sealant ages and cracks, rainwater flows back into the wall through the gaps and cannot drain.
Prevention: Strictly adhere to the principle of prioritizing drainage over sealing. Metal flashing must be installed along the top edge of all horizontal joints and openings to force water flow to the outside; sealant should only serve as a second line of defense.

Ocean Freight Packaging and Container Loading Solutions
1. Ocean Freight Risk Control
|
Risk Type |
Potential Hazard |
Our Control Strategy |
|
Moisture and Salt Spray Corrosion |
Rusting of steel plate edges, blistering of coating, core material failure due to moisture |
We use fully enclosed moisture-proof packaging with built-in desiccant and waterproof lining inside the container. |
|
Collision and Scratches |
Scratches on the plate coating, dents on the plate edges, deformation of tongue and groove joints preventing overlap |
Layered spacers for protection, rigid edge sleeves, and tight binding. |
|
Bumps and Displacement |
Plates sliding inside the container, impacting the container door leading to scrap |
Internal rigid support and built-in inflatable filler bags, conforming to CTU binding standards. |
