Surface Layer Material (Applicable to Both Series)
Both series adopt 0.21-0.27mm high-grade color-coated steel sheets, optional with regular anti-corrosion coating, anti-salt spray coating and anti-UV coating. The surface is treated by electrostatic spraying process, featuring strong adhesion and excellent weather resistance, which can resist harsh environments such as high temperature, cold, humidity and salt spray. Available colors include gray white, sea blue, crimson, dark gray, beige and other regular colors; custom colors are supported.
Core Material (Series-Exclusive)
PU Series: High-density polyurethane (PU) core material, density ≥40kg/m³, closed-cell rate over 95%, thermal conductivity as low as 0.024W/(m·K), with outstanding all-round performance in thermal insulation, sound insulation and waterproofing.
EPS Series: Virgin EPS polystyrene core material, density ≥20kg/m³, closed-cell rate over 93%, thermal conductivity as low as 0.039W/(m·K), prominent cost-performance and stable moisture-proof performance.
Composite Molding Technology (Applicable to Both Series)
Adopt automatic high-pressure composite molding production line. The surface panel and core material are integrally compounded by high temperature and high pressure, with bonding strength ≥0.06MPa, no delamination, bubbles or cracking risks. The edge adopts bite-type design, ensuring tight splicing without gaps, improving cladding tightness and construction convenience. The flatness error of panels is ≤2mm/m, meeting high industry standards.
