1. Basic preparation and measurement

2. Board installation process
Step 1: Fix the base
Install an L-shaped aluminum alloy bottom rail with a thickness of 2.5mm on the ground elevation line, fixed with stainless steel expansion bolts with a spacing of ≤ 600mm, and reserve a 5mm expansion gap at the joint.
Step 2: Vertical board splicing
Insert the wall panel vertically into the bottom rail, and use hidden male and female groove locks to ensure that the bite depth is ≥ 15mm to complete the horizontal connection. Vertically, self tapping screws are used to fix the C-shaped steel keel with a spacing of 400mm, and the screw torque is controlled at 0.6-0.8N · m.
Step 3: Node Processing
The internal and external corners are equipped with integrated corner boards with a length of 2.5m each. Special waterproof flashing boards are used around the window, and polyurethane sealant is filled at the joints to make the width ≥ 10mm.
3. Mechanized installation options
For walls with a height of ≥ 8m, it is recommended to use a vacuum suction cup lifting system to ensure a suction force of ≥ 25kPa. This, when combined with a gantry frame, can achieve a daily installation volume of 500-800 square meters, which is three times more efficient than manual installation.
