The first stage is the preparation of the sheet metal. After the ordered metal siding  and their accessories arrive, we also need to prepare tools for installing the boards and accessories, mainly including: expansion screws (for concrete and cement brick walls), dovetail nails (for steel structure buildings), pistol drills, air nail guns (not necessary), marking pens, tape rulers, rubber hammers, cutting machines, etc.
The next step is to install the accessory base. Before installing the thermal wall panel on the exterior wall, it is necessary to first install the base of the panel accessories, mainly including starting parts, closing parts, edge wrapping, middle seams, internal and external corners, etc.
After installing the accessory base, the first insulated facade panel should be installed horizontally from top to bottom. If there is no waterproof requirement, some patterned boards can also be installed vertically. All boards should have the female mouth facing down and the male mouth facing up. After installing the first board, it should be fixed to the wall with expansion screws or dovetail nails, and the female mouth of the next board should be aligned with the male mouth of the first board and inserted tightly downwards, Then use a rubber hammer to lightly tap the interface between the two boards to ensure that the connection between the two boards is tight enough.
Next is the installation of the accessory cover plate. After all the metal carved insulation boards are installed, press the accessory cover plate onto the base with force. If it is of the same material, fix it on the wall with the accessory and seal it with waterproof glass adhesive.
