The material recovery rate throughout the entire life cycle is ≥85%, which is superior to that of glass wool board (the recovery rate is about 60%).

Environmentally friendly production process

 

Adopting fluorine-free foaming technology (with an ODP value of 0), it avoids the damage to the ozone layer caused by Freon in traditional polyurethane production. The waste gas from the production line is treated by activated carbon adsorption, and the emission concentration is more than 50% lower than the national standard, obtaining the ISO 14001 environmental management system certification.
