Daily cleaning and deep cleaning of polyurethane great wall board

Daily cleaning

1. Use cleaning tools such as soft brushes, sponges, high-pressure water guns, non-woven fabrics or ultra-fine fiber cloths, and prepare neutral cleaning agents if necessary.

2. Pre rinsing: Rinse the surface dust with clean water at a temperature of 10-40 ℃, and spray evenly 0.5-1 meter away from the aluminum plate.

3. Local stain removal: For stubborn stains, a neutral detergent dilution solution can be used, diluted 1:50 times, soaked for 5 minutes, lightly brushed with a soft bristled brush, and rinsed.

4. Drying: Air dry naturally or wipe with clean non-woven fabric, avoid working in direct sunlight.

Deep cleaning and special stain treatment

1. For cleaning oil stains and industrial dust: Use a specialized aluminum cleaner (such as AluClean Pro), dilute it at a ratio of 1:20, and scrub it with water below 60 ℃.

2. Rust: Treat locally with a 5% oxalic acid solution, let it sit for about 2 minutes, immediately rinse and dry.

3. Graffiti and glue marks: Use alcohol or acetone to gently wipe the uncoated area. It is strictly prohibited to use steel wire balls to scrape and avoid damage to the wall.

4. Attention: If necessary, use a high-pressure water gun to control the pressure between 8-12 MPa and test it locally to avoid damaging the insulation layer adhesion.
