Surface Layer

The surface coating is high-durable polyester (HDP), the front coating thickness is 15μm (primer 5μm + topcoat 10μm), and the back coating thickness is 5μm, with outdoor weather resistance up to 15 years and no easy fading.

The surface aluminum-zinc-magnesium steel plate contains 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon-magnesium alloy coating, with strong corrosion resistance. Combined with the closed-cell structure core material, the product's service life can reach more than 30 years, adapting to a wide temperature range of -50℃~150℃.

The plate weight is only 2.88-3.9kg/㎡ (adjusted according to panel thickness and core material grade), with high strength and impact resistance, a compressive strength of 2.0-2.7kg/cm², and a bending failure degree of 58kg, which can effectively resist wind load and snow load.
Adopting the male-female buckle splicing installation method, no complex tools are needed, and it is not restricted by seasons and climates, suitable for construction all year round. The construction efficiency is more than 50% higher than that of traditional materials, greatly shortening the construction period.

The independent closed-cell structure of the core layer can achieve a sound insulation volume of more than 24 decibels, effectively blocking outdoor noise. The product's water absorption rate is ≤3%, and combined with the compact concave-convex insertion groove design, it completely solves the problem of wall water seepage and avoids indoor mold.
It has no formaldehyde release, meets the TVOC total volatile organic compound standard, the plate can be flexibly disassembled and reused, the leftover materials can be recycled, and construction waste is reduced during the construction process, in line with environmental protection standards.
