Starting Installation from Scratch
1. Pre-Construction Preparation and Tool Requirements
Cutting Tools: We recommend using a circular saw with a fine-toothed alloy blade. Cut from the front of the panel to prevent burrs or damage to the coating.
Leveling: Before construction, a laser level must be used to mark a baseline on the wall to ensure the absolute level of the first layer of panels. This is crucial for aligning all subsequent panels.
2. Concealed Fastening System
Interlocking Male and Female Grooves: The long sides of the panels are designed with precise "male" and "female" grooves. During installation, fully insert the male groove of the next panel into the female groove of the previously fixed panel.
Concealed Fixing: Each panel has a dedicated fixing flange on its inner edge. Self-tapping screws are driven into the flange and completely covered by the next panel. The final surface shows no screw holes, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and waterproof finish.
3. Special Joint Treatment
Dual-Piece Fitting System: All our corner fittings consist of a "base" and a "cover plate." The base is fixed first, and after the panel is inserted, the cover plate is then attached. This design allows for slight expansion and contraction of the panels due to temperature changes, preventing cracking.

Expansion Joint Provision: A 2-3mm expansion joint should be provided at the joint between the panel and the fitting.
