Prepare tools such as electric drill, screwdriver, level, tape measure, cutter, rubber hammer, etc. before the installation begins. After that, clean up the debris at the base and ensure that the roof structure is flat for easy installation.
Installation steps
Fix the starting strip and waterway
Install the starting strip on the edge of the roof and fix it with self-tapping screws. The waterway needs to lay the drainage ditch along the drainage direction to ensure a good connection with the starting strip.
Lay the first aluminum tile
Pick up an aluminum tile in your hand, align its buckle groove with the starting strip, and then press gently until it is fully engaged. Then pick up the rubber hammer and tap the edge gently to let the entire aluminum tile adhere to the base, with a warped edge inside.
Fix the aluminum tile installation buckle
Use screws to fix the aluminum tile, and install the stainless steel buckle at the adjacent place. When you hear a crisp "click" sound, it means the installation is successful.
Install subsequent aluminum tiles
Lay them in the order of "from bottom to top, from left to right", and the buckle of each aluminum tile is tightly connected with the previous tile.
Finish the edges
Install edge strips around the roof of the sun room, fix them with screws, apply neutral silicone sealant, tidy up the edges, and then clean off the dust. The whole installation process is over.
