PU Sandwich Decorative Metal Panel is the core product of the company, adopting a three-layer composite structure of "nano anti-fouling color-coated aluminum-zinc-magnesium steel plate + high-density flame-retardant PU core + aluminum foil anti-corrosion layer", manufactured through high-pressure foaming and precision forming processes. The product combines multiple advantages such as thermal insulation, fire resistance and flame retardancy, and decorative aesthetics. It has more than 20 embossed patterns and hundreds of color combinations, enabling thousands of appearance effects and providing rich choices for architectural design.
Core Product Structure
Adopting a three-layer composite integrated design, the bonding strength between layers is ≥0.15MPa, with excellent peeling performance, no delamination risk, and stable and reliable structure
Surface Layer
0.23-0.32mm color-coated aluminum-zinc-magnesium steel plate (SPHC material), treated with nano anti-fouling technology, with self-healing function. The surface coating is high-durable polyester (HDP), the front coating thickness is 15μm (primer 5μm + topcoat 10μm), and the back coating thickness is 5μm, with outdoor weather resistance up to 15 years and no easy fading.
Core Layer
40-60kg/m³ high-density rigid polyurethane (PU) core, treated with special fire protection, closed-cell rate ≥93%, thermal conductivity as low as 0.018-0.024W/(m·K), with both ultra-efficient thermal insulation and excellent flame retardant performance.
Bottom Layer
Aluminum foil paper or aluminum foil cloth anti-corrosion layer (2.6 silk - 20 silk thickness), which plays the role of moisture-proof and heat insulation, blocking water vapor intrusion. Aluminum foil paper is suitable for brick patterns and flat panels, and aluminum foil cloth is suitable for Great Wall panels
Core Advantages
Super Efficient Thermal Insulation & Energy Saving
The PU core has a thermal conductivity as low as 0.018W/(m·K), making it one of the materials with excellent thermal insulation performance. The thermal insulation effect of a 16mm thick panel is equivalent to that of a 37cm thick ordinary brick wall, better than that of a 30mm XPS panel and a 50mm EPS panel, which can significantly reduce building heating and cooling energy consumption and achieve energy-saving benefits.
Safe Fire Resistance & Durable Corrosion Resistance
The fire rating can be B1 (flame-retardant type) or B2 (combustible type). B1 grade products are difficult to burn and not easy to spread when exposed to fire, and stop burning immediately when the fire source is removed; B2 grade products have a certain flame-retardant effect and no toxic or harmful gases are released during combustion. The surface aluminum-zinc-magnesium steel plate contains 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon-magnesium alloy coating, with strong corrosion resistance, and the product's service life can reach more than 30 years.
Lightweight High Strength & Easy Installation
The panel weight is only 2.88-3.9kg/㎡ (adjusted according to panel thickness), with high strength and impact resistance, and a compressive strength of 2.0-2.7kg/cm², which can effectively resist wind load and snow load. Adopting the male-female buckle splicing installation method, no complex tools are needed, the construction efficiency is more than 50% higher than that of traditional materials, and it is not restricted by seasons and climates, suitable for construction all year round.
Strong Decorativeness & Flexible Customization
It has more than 20 embossed patterns such as middle groove, elastic coating texture, mosaic, brick texture, and wood texture, combined with hundreds of colors, enabling thousands of appearance effects. Two-color customization is supported (additional 2 yuan per square meter), the panel thickness can be 14/16/20mm, the length can be customized from 2 meters, 2-6 meters for easy transportation, and can be optimized according to the container size.

Panel Packaging: Adopt plastic protective film + carton + strapping packaging, or kraft paper composite cloth packaging, simple packaging. The thickness of 8 pieces/package is about 13-13.5cm, and 10 pieces/package is about 17cm. Customized box LOGO (printed centrally on three sides) is available.
Accessories Packaging: Aluminum alloy accessories are packaged in 20 pieces/package (10 pieces/package for some), with dimensions adjusted according to accessory types. The packaging width is 0.085-0.25m, thickness 0.003-0.16m, and length 3/6m.
Delivery & Transportation
Delivery Cycle: Regular specifications are shipped within 10-15 working days, and specially customized products are shipped within 15-25 working days.
Transportation Adaptability: Support FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP and other trade terms. A 20ft container can load 1500-1600㎡ (2.9m long panels), and a 40ft high cube container can load about 3600㎡ (2.95m long panels).
